I get calls from this firm pretty much all the time every week. When I pick up, it’s always an automated voice and there’s never anyone actually there. The message says they’ve tried to reach me and someone from their team will call again, but it’s never a real person. I haven’t bothered calling back, yet they ring from different 0845 numbers, and it’s always the same automated spiel. I keep blocking them, but then new numbers pop up and the calls continue.

No clue who that might have been since they mentioned it might be from abroad. The U.S popped into my head first. Honestly, it could be anyone. Like someone else mentioned before, best not to ring them back. If it's really pressing, they’ll most likely give you another buzz.

Got a call that just beeped once and then stopped, probably trying to trick me into calling back. Nope, not falling for that. Straight to the blocked numbers it is!
