Got a call from 08451341712 claiming to be some emergency blood transplant line, but I reckon it’s just another anonymous nuisance. I’ve gone and blocked the number now. If you get this as well, do yourself a favour and block it too - you don’t want these sorts of calls possibly getting in the way of a real urgent blood transfusion for someone needing it. I’ve reported it to Ofcom and BT, hoping they’ll crack down on these idiots soon.

At about 9 in the morning, this number called our office landline, which is on the TPS list so it really shouldn't be getting these cold calls. Our phone setup then forwards calls to a mobile, and after a couple of rings, the call just stopped. Sounds like a classic cold call to me - once they realised it was a mobile line, they hung up quick. This kind of thing occurs daily even though we’re registered with TPS.
