It only rings once, so you barely get the chance to pick up. I came across some info about Ofcom looking into a few firms that provide 0845 and 0843 numbers, these non-geographic ones, and it seems they could be making money off the back of unwanted calls people make from mobiles to these numbers.

Got a recorded message saying they'd tried to get hold of me. When I called back, it was some kind of customer service line but they never said which company. Then they started talking about a £20 voucher if I took part in a feedback survey. I ended up hanging up, but later noticed I'd been billed for calling a premium number. Proper dodgy if you ask me.

Called once by this number 08451341663, no info shown. It just rang then hung up. Not sure if it’s trying to get me to ring back or what. I’ve seen the 0845 134 bit before but not the last four digits. I’ve put the number on block now.
