Got a voicemail saying my number was confirmed and they'd ring me back shortly. Didn't ask for this at all, pretty annoying.

I rang back after getting a message saying my number was registered. Since then, I keep getting calls every day from an 0843 number, which I block, but the very next day another call comes through with a slightly different number. It's really annoying!

Called this number back and it turned out to be a premium scam. It’s a 0845 number, definitely best to avoid. I’ve blocked it now.

I picked up and all I got was a recorded voice saying something like, "your number has been checked and someone will contact you soon." No clue who "someone" is, and I never asked for any kind of verification at all.

I got a call from an 0845 number that dropped the line almost straight away. Seemed a bit dodgy to me, so I didn’t bother answering. Probably one of those scams that charges you if you ring back. Wouldn’t trust it.
