Don't bother returning the call, it’s a scam. If you see a missed call from unknown numbers, they’re just waiting for you to ring back. Once you do, you're connected to a premium line and end up with a massive phone bill. They won’t give your money back because technically you made the call yourself. Watch out for any calls beginning with 0845 or 0843 - they're usually scams like this. It's crazy to think this trick has been going on for over six years!

It just rings three times and then cuts off - looks like another one of those pricey premium numbers trying to trap you if you call back, much like the 0843 calls I get multiple times daily. I'm so fed up with this constant pestering. You block one, and they just switch to a different number. The anti-spam apps aren’t cheap and honestly don’t do a great job stopping these either.

Got a robo call claiming my number’s been signed up and that they’ll ring me again soon. It’s total rubbish... DON’T RING BACK! You might end up connected to a super expensive number without even realising it, ruining your phone bill. These sneaky “bait” calls have been coming through way too often lately. I’m proper fed up and honestly, if I could find out who’s behind this nonsense, my mates would deal with them for sure...

I didn’t even pick up as I’ve never come across that company before. Plus, I’m on the TPS list, so their call seemed really dodgy to me.
