I picked up the call from this number, and the only thing I heard was a rather strange automated voice saying, “Thank you, your number is now in our system. You’re verified, and we’ll be in touch with you soon.” Subsequently, the call just cut off. It’s a bit unsettling, as I haven’t the faintest clue what it pertains to.

Now that you’re confirmed, we’ll reach out to you shortly.” Then the line went dead. It’s all quite unsettling, and I can’t shake the feeling that I've stumbled into something rather dubious.
