I dialled 1471 to find out who it was, only to discover it was that same number again. They rang a second time, and this time there was someone on the line, but honestly, they were quite rude and wouldn't let us hang up. We eventually ended the call, but then that same caller promptly rang us back, rather irate, insisting that we shouldn't have cut her off because she was apparently very important. Unbelievable!

Nearly a year has passed, yet not a single penny has been refunded. It boggles the mind how the Portuguese chap can rest easy at night, fully aware of the predatory nature of this operation that targets the elderly.
