I must say, the community equipment service known as "NRS" based in Littlehampton, West Sussex, leaves much to be desired in terms of efficiency. It’s a bit hit or miss when it comes to actually receiving the mobility aids you might need. There are rare instances when they manage to deliver some much-needed equipment for those with disabilities, but it's far from reliable.
