Recently, we received a call from a company called Npower, and I must say, they've presented us with an exceptionally competitive deal. Their service has proven to be absolutely top-notch. I highly recommend that anyone who gets a call from them pay attention to what they have to say, as they managed to save us quite a bit of cash. Just a heads up, they’re solely focused on businesses, so residential customers needn't worry about unsolicited calls.

Today alone, this number has called us more than seven times. Every time we answer, the caller hangs up. They keep pestering us on our home phone and it’s getting rather tiresome. I’m seriously considering giving them a ring back to let them know we’re registered with the Telephone Preference Service and that I’ll be lodging a formal complaint with them regarding this nuisance.

A few days back, we received a handful of bothersome calls from this company, so we decided to investigate who they were on this site. Earlier today, we actually received a genuine call along with a quote regarding our electricity, and they provided this number for us to get in touch. Once I confirmed that this was indeed the same number that had been pestering us, I felt compelled to reach out and let them know that we wouldn't consider doing business with an outfit that operates in such an unprofessional manner.

When they failed to acknowledge that this was indeed N-Power, I decided right then that I'd take my business elsewhere. It's a shame, really, but that impersonal and rather brusque manner of the caller did nothing to keep me as a customer.

As soon as we dialled 1471 after that last call, it usually points back to the same number. But this instance was different-just as those folks rung us, we answered, and lo and behold, nobody was on the other end! So, we decided to leave the phone be and get on with preparing our cuppa. About half an hour later, we did hear someone hollering "hi," but we thought, nah, the tea takes priority, so we left it ringing.
