I've started receiving calls from this number, and every time I pick up, the line goes completely silent. After that, I tried ringing back, but of course, I was hit with those eye-watering charges that mobile providers slap on 0845 numbers. To my surprise, I ended up on an answerphone message from E-on! The thing is, we have no dealings with them whatsoever, so it begs the question: why on earth are they calling and then promptly disconnecting? It honestly makes one ponder if there’s some sort of collusion going on between these callers and the mobile networks. Quite the puzzle, isn't it?
