I'm an 84 year old gran looking after my disabled hubby who's same age, and we got stung £200 for putting in an 8-way TV aerial splitter, swapping out a perfectly good 4-way one. We only have 2 TVs on, and one is just for Freesat. I asked for a second line to the Freesat dish for the other telly. The bloke talking me round said I didn’t need the Freesat box plugged in, just the aerial for Freeview. So no new cable was run to the Freesat dish at all. Plus, we got charged for calling their expensive premium number. Proper dodgy, stay well clear!
