I'm supposed to receive a refund of £67 on the 31st of March, but I’m still waiting for it. I've tried reaching out to them using this number, but it's been quite a frustrating experience, to say the least!

Hi there, it appears that a deduction of £69 was made from our account on the 11th of June, which has now left us with only £40 to manage for the upcoming two weeks! I'm really at a loss about what steps to take next. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I must say, the folks over at the sales team are rather helpful when you give them a ring on 01277255100. I managed to get through without any hassle, and it turns out they withdrew £69 from our account. Once we flagged this up, mentioning that I was acting on behalf of the FSA due to their illicit actions, we received a rather hefty £560 in compensation from them! Apparently, they’re supposed to record their calls, but they failed to do so. In the end, we're the ones having a chuckle about it all. I recommend that others take similar action if faced with a similar situation. This entire debacle took just 13 weeks to resolve!

It's a bit of a scam, really. Don't believe a word that comes out of their mouths!

Loanandgo is truly dreadful; it seems they've failed to grant us a loan. I’ve come across someone expressing a similar sentiment about FLM, but that’s quite misleading. We've actually taken out a loan with them, and they've fulfilled all our requests without a hitch. They’re a solid company. But do be wary of brokers!

I shared the details as requested, yet these individuals even managed to withdraw £50 from our account without any notification. I've received absolutely no response from them! It feels like an utter scam.

Last week, a sum of £39.99 was deducted from our account by some individuals, and we received a couple of text messages prompting us to visit their online portal to check our loan details. However, accessing the site has proven impossible. After reaching out via text, they claimed there was a problem with the login and said they would message us back with the necessary information, but alas, no response. It feels like quite the scam, and I can't help but feel frustrated. Is there even a chance we might retrieve our money?

These folks are dodgy, so take their words with a pinch of salt. You can't just trust whatever they come out with!

Hi George, I’m so glad to hear that you managed to get your money back, plus a bit extra! I've tried ringing that number numerous times, but all I get is an automated message. This company just took £69 from our account this week, plus they’re set to deduct £169 every fortnight from our benefits. It’s left us with barely £100 to get by on for the next two weeks! With £20 for electricity, £20 for gas, and £12 for the TV licence, we're now down to just £40! We’d really appreciate any guidance you could provide as I’m feeling quite overwhelmed right now. Thank you!

To whom it may concern at Consumer Action, I wanted to express my frustration as we transferred £67 that was meant to hit our bank account earlier today, yet it has still not shown up. It's quite unsettling, to say the least.

On the 28th of January, 2010, we unfortunately fell victim to a scam, and it’s been quite the ordeal since. We’ve reached out to the bank in hopes of retrieving our money, as we feel utterly cheated. It seems these individuals are raking it in with no sign of remorse. Oddly enough, even after we cancelled our loan, the calls just keep coming! As soon as we pick up, there's nothing but silence on the other end. It’s worth noting that FLM was also a scam, so do keep your wits about you; it all appears to be interconnected.

How do you manage to rest at night, fully aware that you’re misleading everyone? What’s become of integrity? At the very least, have the courtesy to pick up the phone promptly; after all, you already have our details and have taken money from our accounts.

Cheers to all for sharing your insights on this scam. We just called the 0808 number and ended up chatting with three different representatives. After a bit of back and forth, we finally got them to cancel our application. They mentioned that the money would be withdrawn from our account in five weeks’ time. So, they’ve assured us that our card won’t be charged now that they’ve cancelled it. Let's hope they're telling the truth; they seemed quite hesitant but promised us everything would be taken care of. Let’s see how this unfolds! Best, Elena

Cheers to everyone for sharing your insights regarding this scam. We just contacted the 0808 number and ended up chatting with three different representatives. After quite the exchange, we finally got around to requesting the cancellation of our application. They mentioned that the funds were set to be deducted from our account in five weeks’ time. So, we were assured that our card wouldn’t be charged now that they’ve cancelled everything. Time will tell; they seemed a bit hesitant to provide any real reassurance. Fingers crossed! Best, Elena.
