If Vibrant Energy truly was just a normal property service company, why do they keep leaving messages asking people to ring them on a pricey premium rate number, especially on mobiles? Seems odd to me. If they really cared about being seen as genuine, you'd think they'd have ditched that 08450945192 number a long time ago. The fact they haven’t makes me question how honest they really are.

Got a call from Vibrant representing our letting agents about a midterm inspection. They were really polite and friendly, just ringing to confirm if the date and time worked for us. When it didn’t, they were more than happy to sort out a better time. Nice experience overall.

Just got charged more than £14 for two calls, about 39 minutes in total, to this company because I wanted to sort out errors on their EPC certificate. At no point while I was on hold did they mention it was a premium rate number. I thought they had to say that right away? I’m planning to contact them and then, after double-checking, I’ll report them to Ofcom. Makes sense why they kept me waiting so long, the longer you wait, the more money they make.

So, this number called me while I was busy at work, I missed it though. Once I finished, I gave them a ring back straight away. I got charged £5 for the call, but then they just put me on hold without saying anything. I reckon the cost wouldve been higher if I hadn’t ended the call when I did. Definitely going to block this number now.
