They ring me every month or so, always going on about money but just asking for more and more info. I called the company myself and everything seems fine. The people on the phone are just pretending and don’t really seem to know what they’re talking about.

I got the exact same number textin me... turns out it’s some sort of finance firm for Citreon and Peugeot cars.

Just got a text sayin to call back urgently but I ignored it.

We received a call from someone claiming to be associated with 'Citroen Security'. They brought up a C4 that we recently swapped out and asked for sensitive details like our date of birth, address, and full name. We weren't comfortable sharing that information, so we said no. She then insisted we call back at 08450800482, but we weren’t interested in her sales pitch, and she abruptly hung up.

Got a call about my car, they said they needed to talk but then asked for my date of birth. They said they were from Citroen UK. I got suspicious, ended the call, then rang my local Citroen dealer to check. Turns out everything was fine with my car - definitely a scam!

I dropped a message asking them to call me back and mentioned the ref number 1224681F. Haven't actually dialled them myself though.

Got a text on my phone from a short number, 35140, saying I needed to ring them straight away. They mentioned quoting a reference, something like '1425991'. Quite an urgent tone in the message.
