Got a robocall just now, wanted me to press 1 if it was me or 2 if not, trying to confirm my name. I’d be careful with these, seems a bit dodgy and might end up costing you a fortune if you call back!

Had a call today from some debt recovery lot, they used one of those text-to-speech things and shouted my name with some urgent message. I've got a toddler so naturally it freaked me out, thinking something was wrong with her. Turned out it had nothing to do with my little girl but still gave me a proper scare. Honestly, these scammers are the worst, best to just ignore calls like that... total pain.

They rang me three times over three days and left messages each time, saying I had to call them back straight away with a reference number they gave. I didn’t pick up any of the calls and definitely won’t be calling them back. I’ll just block the number now.

This Churchill Recovery Solutions lot keeps ringing me up, saying it’s about some debt or whatever. They usually hit me up a couple times a week with this annoying recorded "urgent" message. I’m gonna file a complaint with OFCOM, but honestly, don’t expect much to come of it!

I just got one of those automated calls, started with 'Urgent message for...' and then said my name but with a weird American accent. Then it asked me to press 1 if I’m the person named, or 2 if not. I didn’t bother, just ended the call right there.
