They keep giving us a bell, but we haven’t a clue who’s on the other end. So, we just don’t bother responding. It’s rather frustrating, to say the least!

We're just as frustrated with these companies as you are. It seems there's constant confusion over who actually holds the debt we’re trying to settle. One minute, I'm making payments to Cabot, and the next, I receive correspondence from a solicitor's firm claiming they're now managing the same debt. It's utterly baffling! Cabot appears to have no clue about their own operations, and I can't fathom how our details ended up with these firms. It all started with Cabot, and it's turning into a right mess!
