I received a recorded message claiming to be from British Gas customer service. Quite unfortunate that they don’t have our name associated with the account. The call prompts you to press any key to carry on, only to disconnect right after. Quite puzzling, to say the least!

I received a voicemail stating it was from British Gas Customer Care. It's rather disappointing that their customer service doesn’t include getting our names correct, isn’t it? The message prompted me to hit any button to continue, but then abruptly disconnected. How frustrating!
