I’ve just had a call from FIRE. Apparently, they mentioned that they’d sent a letter to us ages ago, which I’m still yet to receive. Now they reckon they’ll be sending another one our way. They share the same office premises as Cabot at 1 Kings Hill Avenue, West Malling, Kent, ME19 4UA, yet their correspondence address suggests they operate out of Rugby. If you receive a phone call from them, don’t hesitate to confront their duplicitous tactics-make it clear that you’re aware of their Cabot connections. Request to speak with John Adams, the CABOT FINANCIAL COLLECTIONS MANAGER. In case he’s not on hand, you can insist on talking to other CABOT FINANCIAL COLLECTIONS MANAGERS like Massimo Cristi or Michelle Codling. Should they be unavailable, escalate it to their superior, Jason Wallace - Head of Collections, or even further up to Chris Bowyer - Chief Operating Officer.
