I got a call from this number, saying it was British Gas about my boiler cover, which I have. They wanted to sort out my yearly service appointment. Seems like they might be using a call centre company to handle the calls, but it’s definitely a genuine call.

Watch out! I got a call from this number and it turned out to be a scam. If you pick up, they hit you with a £53 fee that shows up right on your phone bill. Apparently, it’s linked to Nigeria. Stay safe and don't answer!
