Kitchens Direct has a toll-free number, 0800123321, so why not give them a ring repeatedly with a bit of cheek and banter? After all, it doesn’t cost a penny for us, and it's a bit of fun! They pick up the tab for the call, so you might as well keep them on their toes. We often hit them up ten times a day! Plus, when those junk mail leaflets come through, we don’t just toss them; we doodle all over them and return them using their prepaid envelopes. It’s nice that they cover the postage! If enough of us join in, they might start to understand our annoyance.
