We’re not entirely sure when this became a proper call, but we’ve got a NatWest credit card and frequently get calls claiming to be from them. We don’t pick up and they hardly ever leave a voicemail. If they do, it’s just a pre-recorded message. If NatWest truly wants to discuss payments or any money matters, they ought to ring us directly or drop us a letter instead. Or perhaps they might reconsider granting us a credit line altogether?
