On 29th Feb I received a text from this number claiming to be TalkTalk saying my charges were going up. When I tried ringing them back, I couldn't get through and ended up getting charged 15p. They’re proper scammers, watch out!

I got an email saying our Talk Talk deal was nearly up and the call fees were going up, but if we ticked a box, over £5.50 would be discounted on future bills. I rang Talk Talk to check, and they told me it wasn’t their number at all.
