i’m fuming, got hit with a £2 charge just to book an appointment, what a joke!

got a call from the nhs retinal screening folks for cumbria and the surrounding area. honestly, feels like a bit of a sneaky tactic just to get extra funds into the nhs budget. no way i’m ringing back about a pointless appointment i never needed. and i’m not wasting money on stamps just to say i don't want any more check-ups, like they asked. fingers crossed they sort out their booking system soon. hootsmon!
