I was absolutely appalled to discover that this number is connected to Alliance Medical. The last thing one needs when under pressure sorting out a PET-CT scan is a surprise like this. Quite disappointing, Alliance Medical!

I received a call on my landline from someone claiming to be Tom. He mentioned that I should return the call concerning a procedure my husband is currently awaiting to schedule.

I received a call from Alliance Medical regarding scheduling a PET scan, which I was quite chuffed about. However, since it came through as a "missed call" and a 121, I thought it sensible to return the call on my mobile, only to be slapped with a £9.67 charge! Not impressed at all. To make matters worse, the operator on the line was utterly clueless; it took a staggering 16 minutes and 58 seconds to get me booked in, and still, I received no confirmation email or directions. Overall, I'm left feeling quite disgruntled, as if I’ve been taken for a ride. It's really disheartening that they seem to exploit NHS patients in this fashion.
