Was pretty shocked to see this number linked to Alliance Medical. When you’re already stressed organising a PET-CT scan, the last thing you want is extra hassle. Honestly, Alliance Medical, this is really disappointing.

My landline rang and it was a bloke calling himself Tom. He asked me to give him a ring back about some procedure that my husband’s supposed to be waiting for and needs to get arranged.

Got a call from Alliance Medical about setting up a PET scan, sounded good at first. Since it was a missed call from a private number, I rang them back using my mobile. Now I’ve ended up with a £9.67 charge on my phone bill, which I’m really annoyed about. The worst part? The person I spoke to was hopeless - it took nearly 17 minutes just to get my appointment sorted, and they never sent the confirmation email or directions like they said they would. Overall, really disappointed and feel like I’ve been taken advantage of. It’s a real shame, especially as they’re dealing with NHS referrals.
