We have no idea who these individuals are, but they mistakenly rang our mobile, then proceeded to contact our office reception before being transferred to our personal assistant. Throughout the entire interaction, they refused to reveal their identities, which was incredibly frustrating for us!

Just give the phone a ring and let them know that you’ll be heading out to fetch the person they’re after (even if that's you, of course). Mention that you need to step outside since those individuals are hanging about in the garage. Then, simply hang up and let them sit there, twiddling their thumbs while burning through their cash.

What a right pickle this has been! We’ve lodged a complaint with the Telephone Preference Service (TPS), who’ve assured us they’ll liaise with the money-grabbing lot to get our number suppressed. Yet, when they can't seem to sort it out, they then ask for another complaint form to be completed. This eventually gets escalated to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), which holds the authority to take legal action against those pesky firms that make unsolicited calls. We urge everyone to register their numbers with TPS and to complete one of their complaint forms. There’s power in numbers!

We've been inundated with calls from this company using countless different numbers, and it's really becoming quite bothersome. Despite our clear requests for them to stop, they persist. If they don't cease their incessant calling soon, we might have no choice but to lodge a harassment complaint! What a bunch of opportunists!

We received a phone call from this number, and the polite gentleman on the other end mentioned that he’s affiliated with the government. He inquired whether we had any credit cards or loans that we were struggling to manage, to which we replied negatively. He then started to probe further about our legal status in the country before abruptly cutting the call. Afterward, we rang back and managed to speak with Catherine, who acknowledged our concerns and expressed her apologies. She assured us that they would handle the situation within their team. Honestly, we felt quite affronted by the whole encounter.
