I’ve received a whole bunch of calls earlier today as well. Tried to return the call, but had no success. When I finally managed to answer, I was greeted by an excruciating fifteen minutes of nothing but silence before the line dropped. It's so frustrating! If this is linked to Carphone Warehouse, it’s safe to say I wouldn’t be keen on pursuing anything with them! :)
