Strangely enough, I did get a text from Phones 4 U just the other day, suggesting a new contract, so it’s likely it’s them. We absolutely refuse to answer calls from numbers that aren't saved in our contacts. In fact, we've sent a text message saying 'stop' to that number, hoping it does the trick.
