They ring my phone but never say anything when I answer. Happens about three times every week, so I just block these annoyin' numbers now. Proper frustrating!

Is there any chance I could get a break from this number that keeps ringing me? Every time I answer, there's utter silence on the other end before they just hang up after a minute or so. It's becoming quite the nuisance, as they dial me repeatedly. I've even tried blocking the number, yet the calls still sneak through. It's incredibly frustrating!
