Got a call on my mobile from this number, so I looked it up and found out it's linked with some company that rents out popcorn machines. Strange one, right? Anyway, I've blocked the number now.

I got a call from an Asian guy who knew my first name right away. When I asked who he was, he gave me his name. I told him I had no idea who he was. He then said he was ringing from a building maintenance firm. I told him he was cold calling and that I'd be reporting him. He hung up pretty quickly after that!

This number is actually from a popcorn rental service but lately it seems to have been taken over by spam callers. Just a heads up, the popcorn firm itself is legit, so don't get them mixed up with the scammers.

this number shows up as from leeds. i always avoid picking up numbers i dont know, and there was no voicemail left either. they rang my phone a couple of times, i looked them up online before thinking about calling back but couldnt find anything. anyone here ever answered this number? whats the deal?
