Then today, this number rings me with an automated voice claiming I’m involved in tax fraud and telling me to press 1 to sort it out or I’d be arrested by the cops because HMRC were after me! Obviously, I didn’t press anything, not daft enough for that. But seriously, what are the odds? I’d just been dealing with this company last week, and then this scam call pops up out of nowhere. I rang this number for e-spares on 20th Dec 2019 at around 1:08pm and ended up stuck on the line for nearly 14 minutes, it was 13 minutes 47 seconds to be exact. When I checked my phone bill afterwards it had charged me £7.27! So if you’re trying to get in touch with e-spares, watch out and be careful how long you stay on the call.

I cant stand ESpares! They trick you into buying parts that aren't even real, then you suddenly spot a shady £17.06 charge slapped onto your phone bill. Proper dodgy if you ask me.

I rang ESpares and ended up stuck on the line for about 8 mins, then got hit with a bill of almost £6 for the call. Didn’t think companies could still pull that off nowadays. In the end, ESpares is only gonna lose out since I won’t be ordering from them again, and I’ll be telling my family and mates to avoid them too.

They say it’s next day delivery but it’s not always true - took me over a month to get parts and I had to keep ringing them, just wasting my time and money on calls. Ended up paying £10.50 to make sure my order was actually cancelled. Definitely only pay with PayPal and if things go wrong, raise a claim through them. Really frustrating experience, watch out!
