It’s really not on for a premium rate number to be used for the NRS. Considering these people are often elderly, unwell, or even disabled, they shouldn’t have to worry about extra charges when calling for vital equipment. Why on earth can’t they just switch to a local phone number instead? It would be so much more reasonable.
