noticed a charge of £7.99 on my phone bill from this number. after looking into it, found out it was the bosch service centre - called them because my dishwasher stopped working. later, i got two calls from 03448928979, which is also bosch but didn’t cost me anything. guess the pricey number is listed somewhere in the bosch manual for the dishwasher. better stick to the free number if you need to ring them.

I recently reached out to the Bosch appliance service and, to my surprise, I wasn't informed that it was a premium rate number. I ended up chatting away for over five minutes, which racked up a bill of £3 on top of the £100 fee for the repair visit. Quite an unexpected expense, to say the least!

i rang the number without realising it was a premium line. ended up getting charged £50 for a microwave we never actually ordered or used. bit of a shock to the wallet!

I called this number to get some assistance with a fault on my washing machine. The bloke I spoke to was really friendly and tried to help. Only afterwards did I realise I wasn’t clear about any charges for the call. It’s Bosch’s service line, it seems.

Bosch, yeah, if I'd realised their service costs were so high I wouldn't have called them at all. Their repair quote was nearly half the price of a brand new dishwasher! After a lengthy chat and weighing up the options, I finally worked out it’s cheaper to just get a new one. On the downside, my phone bill went up by £5 thanks to all those calls. What a pain.

I saw it on my phone bill as well, but it turns out I’d actually called them. The number belongs to BSH appliance care - they look after Bosh, Siemens and the like.
