I got a call from 0844 8922773 and thought it was from Peninsula, so I rang back. After a bit I saw it was actually a scam and ended the call straight away. When my EE bill came through for February, I noticed a £6.50 access fee had been added. Just a heads up, don’t call that 0844 number back, you’ll regret it if you do.

Got a call from someone saying they were from Peninsula, asking to speak to a manager by name about some employment law updates. They said the manager was expecting the call and that they’d already been in contact before. But when I asked a few questions, they got quite rude and told me to tell my manager to check their spam emails.

Today, my workplace just outside Norwich got a call and one of my staff answered. The caller gave the name Shziah and told us to ring him back straight away on 084489222773. He claimed to be from Health & Safety and Employment Law. Seems obviously dodgy to me, and it felt really weird he tried to come across as so official!

Got two calls, one yesterday and one today, about some health and safety matter. My husband handed it over to me. The call didn’t take long at all. It's really frustrating when you’re busy doing something and can't just pause.

Turns out they’d rung me before on a different number I’d already blocked ‘cos it was just a sales call and I’m not interested. So I’ve gone ahead and blocked this one too now.

Got two calls within a couple of days. The first one pretended to be from the Health & Safety Executive. Today's caller mentioned Health & Safety again, along with Pennsula. I told them I wasn’t interested since I already have a firm handling this stuff. They tried to ask who it was, but I said it’s nothing they need to know. Then I ended the call.

Got a call from 07483 178675 saying they were from Amazon and that someone had opened an account in my name and ordered an iPad. They asked if I wanted to pause the order or I’d be charged for it! They tried to reassure me and said we could fix it step by step. I told them I thought it was a scam. They insisted I needed to sort it or I'd be charged. I ended the call straight away. Then I got a text from 0844 892 2773 saying, "Amazon - 403071 is your OTP. Don’t share it with anyone." Definitely dodgy.
