10 yearsCheers for the heads up, everyone! We had an interview recently, and honestly, we were completely in the dark.11 yearsEven though we didn't acquire this number ourselves, it appears as a contact number on s1jobs.com.11 yearsGreetings, Sarah. That’s a bit misleading, isn’t it? Cheers, B xSarah11 yearsThis isn’t exactly our greatest mate’s best gig; the higher-ups are raking in over fifty grand. It’s worth noting, though, that they serve up some cracking meals-better than quite a few folks out there. Our pal has been putting in some serious effort, yet he brings home in a month what we manage to pull in over the course of a week! Quite the difference, isn’t it?11 yearsThanks to all for your messages! Just wanted to let you know that we won't be making it to the interview this afternoon. Unfortunately, we can't scrape together £300 or any other funds for a fish purchase or van rental, so we're going to have to pass. Cheers to everyone for understanding!11 yearsI’ve got an interview lined up in Cumbernauld this weekend! Thank heavens I stumbled upon these comments beforehand. It really saves us the hassle of dragging ourselves out of bed early on a Sunday. Cheers to everyone for sharing their insights!Cumbernauld11 yearsThank goodness we stumbled upon this! We're set to head out tomorrow, 21/09/10, for a two-week training session, and the information we’ve seen here isn't very promising. So, DSD, it appears this fish has indeed swum off, if you catch my meaning! πDSD11 yearsCouldn’t agree more, my friend! Spot on!11 yearsThanks a bunch, everyone! We had an interview last Thursday in Wallingford, and everything seemed promising. Having some sales experience, we were familiar with the pitch, but we hadn't fully grasped all the details mentioned here-like purchasing the food from the company upfront. Another job was meant to kick off today, but since we were feeling rather anxious about employment, we opted for an interview with McDonald's. At least there, we know we'll get paid and enjoy free grub during our breaks instead of shelling out loads like with DSD. You lot are fantastic; I really appreciate all your help! Cheers!WallingfordMcDonald ' sDSD12 yearsHi there! I just had a gander at the latest updates regarding DSD, and I must say, they’re quite amusing! We popped by earlier today to check it all out!DSD12 yearsI must say, hats off to the eloquent address! Earlier today, we attended one of their interviews and had a gander at their website afterwards - couldn’t be more pleased we did! I’m meant to be going to a training session with a driver/sales rep tomorrow, but to be honest, I’m having second thoughts now. It all felt a bit far-fetched from the start, if I’m honest. Cheers for the insight!12 yearsWe’ve just gone through your report about DSD, and we’d like to express our gratitude for your insights. We were all set for an interview tomorrow afternoon, but now we’ve decided it’s not worth our effort. We'll be missing work and consequently losing some earnings just to attend this event. Many thanks once more!DSD12 yearsSteer clear of DSD, I say! My experience at one of their interviews was less than stellar. I started working there, but it didn't take long for me to decide to walk away. The way they treat their customers is appalling, practically pressuring them into purchasing goods. The senior fish sellers are a rather unsavoury bunch, if I'm honest-mostly older chaps who seem to be operating on a dodgy basis. What's more, it was quite a shock to learn during training that some of them don't even bother registering as self-employed! Quite the cheek, if you ask me. Talk about tax evasion!DSD12 yearsIt's not really our best mate involved in the whole thing; the higher-ups appear to be raking in well over fifty grand. You’ve got to keep in mind that these folks are dishing out quality grub. The more they bring to the table, the fatter their paychecks get. Our mate puts in a tremendous effort, and yet he still manages to earn in a month what we take home in a week!12 yearsWe stumbled upon the same advert, and to be honest, we find it hard to believe that a 'delivery driver' was making any decent money like that. A salary of 40k is quite reasonable for a sales representative with on-target earnings, but even at a base of 20k, you'd need to be quite exceptional to garner that kind of pay. It seems these folks claim that the 'average driver' takes home that much, but we'd certainly like to see some evidence of that. The reality is, if some drivers were indeed raking in over 40k, it would be quite the rarity. We view this with the same skepticism as those flyers plastered on lamp posts that promise you can earn 500 quid a week for just a few hours of work.12 yearsIt's quite absurd to label hard-working individuals as lazy ne'er-do-wells when they're actually contributing to society. There's a peculiar misunderstanding here, as the term that comes to mind for workers does indeed start with the letter 'w', but it's rather unfortunate that it got mixed up!12 yearsAbsolutely spot on, mate! Brilliant job!12 yearsThis is definitely a con! No two ways about it!Submit Your Own Report (0844 884 1111)
