My mum keeps getting calls from this number, but whenever she picks up, they just hang up straight away. It’s really upsetting her, and despite everything, we can’t seem to block it. I don’t see why the TPS even exists if stuff like this keeps happening.

This blasted number keeps ringing me up nonstop. Thankfully, I can block it on my mobile, but really, it shouldn’t be happening in the first place. I’ve signed up with the TPS for both my landline and mobile, but it seems to make zero difference. My phone company won’t lift a finger unless I cough up extra cash, and the TPS? Completely useless! Honestly, don’t the authorities supposed to protect us? They should be cracking down on these nuisance callers and taking legal action against them for harassment. I’m beyond fed up. Next time they call, I might just pick up and blast a loud whistle in their ear to shut them up for good...

These calls are driving me nuts. I've had my answerphone pick up and then just hang up. You can tell it’s a real person on the other end, not some automated system. They never leave any message. Seriously, I just want them to leave me alone. Two calls within a couple of hours! BT really needs to do something about these annoying calls. I’m registered with the TPS, so why am I still getting hassled?

Some bloke with a funny accent called me claiming to be a tech from Microsoft, saying my computer had a software issue he needed to fix. I didn’t buy it and ended the call straight away. I told him my laptop’s still under warranty and I’d just get it sorted through the shop I bought it at. But he insisted I shouldn't bother with them and that he knew better, really cheeky if you ask me!
