I've been with a-plan insurance here in the UK for a while now, and honestly, I've got no issues with them at all. I got charged £25 for a 45-minute call on EE, which was a shock. Apparently, the mobile-friendly number to call is 03333 219682. I reckon the real problem is the phone networks, always finding ways to nick your money - whether it's kids accidentally buying stuff on apps or older folks trapped in pricey contracts with no option to switch to pay as you go once the contract’s finished. It's just a complete rip-off.
