We've been getting calls from a Chubb alarm number that's actually not active anymore. The message claims there's an issue with the alarm at our Community Hall, but it's just the same recorded message over and over. A few of the Hall's board members have been getting these calls too. Chubb says their system hasn’t been compromised though. I've blocked the number and flagged it as a scam.

It's Saga, a subscription service aimed at older people to help keep them safe. The gear comes from Chubb and gets put in the person’s house. If they need assistance, they press a panic button which then rings a call centre. The centre then rings the customer to find out what support is required.
