Beware, this so-called 'reporting' number is actually just a call centre where they organise appointments for car windscreens. They don’t even tell you beforehand that it’ll cost nearly £10 for the call! I called thinking it was to report a broken windscreen, but ended up getting ripped off. Total scam if you ask me.

I tried ringing Markerstudy insurance to sort a windscreen claim and thought the number started with 0344, but it connected on an 0844 instead. Ended up costing me more than £9, which was a bit of a shock.
