It appears that I'm dealing with a debt collection agency, CCS to be precise. I wouldn't recommend answering their calls at all. And if, perchance, you do pick up, be cautious not to divulge any personal information, as they conveniently refuse to share any details citing 'security concerns'. I made it clear that, for my own 'security reasons', I couldn't respond to their inquiries either. They promptly hung up on me, yet they persist in bombarding me with calls and texts on a daily basis. Quite infuriating, if you ask me!

Receiving text messages on a landline isn't exactly normal. I'm beginning to suspect it's some sort of dodgy phishing attempt.
