We recommend steering clear of any communication with these individuals, as their customer service leaves much to be desired-it's quite possibly the most dreadful experience we've encountered!

The diligent team over at Asda has told us that these individuals are unable to fulfill our order, which we’ve been waiting on for weeks, all due to a bit of snow. Despite being stuck at home, that didn’t seem to influence their choice at all. Meanwhile, all the roads were completely gridlocked! Yet, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, and even the local courier managed to navigate through! It’s simply astonishing! We’re done with these guys.

Absolutely spot on, that was indeed Asda. We gave them a bell regarding a refund for 55 pence, and would you believe it, the call itself set us back 35 pence!

Absolutely infuriating! I can't believe this lot at Asda had the audacity to withdraw £5000 from our bank when we had already cancelled the delivery a fortnight ago. Honestly, it’s really put me off the whole idea of ordering online now.
