It seems that Plusnet's records indicate I've been ringing this number daily at about 8 o'clock in the evening, with each call lasting a mere 8 seconds. They've kindly offered to refund me for one month’s worth of this peculiar activity, but they've made it clear they won’t consider doing so again. This has been an ongoing issue for more than a year, and I find myself at a bit of a loss. Their suggestion was to utilise the call blocking service, which I implemented months ago, but now they've pivoted and advised me to replace my phone instead. Apart from that, they don't seem inclined to take any further responsibility in the matter.

I've noticed that I've been getting charged on a daily basis for calls to this number, which I can assure you I haven't placed.

I've been getting calls from this number every single day since the 22nd of May, 2016, and I haven't a clue who it belongs to! It's becoming quite frustrating, to say the least. Anyone else having similar experiences?
