Plusnet told me that there’s been a call going out from my phone to this number every evening at about 8pm, lasting roughly 8 seconds. They said they’d refund one month’s charges but made it clear it won’t happen again. This has actually been going on for more than a year now, and there’s nothing I can do about it. Months back I was told to use some call blocking service, which I did, and now they’re suggesting I change my phone. Besides that, they refuse to take any blame at all.

Every day, I keep getting charged for calls to this number, even tho I never dialled it.

Since 22nd May 2016, this number keeps calling me every day and I’m not sure who they even are. Plus, I noticed some charges linked to their calls which I don’t understand.
