I didn’t receive any message in the end.

I, too, got a text from that number claiming my direct debit has hit a snag. When I attempted to return the call, I hit a dead end each time. On my third attempt, however, I actually got through, but it just kept ringing endlessly with no one picking up. I'm feeling rather anxious that I might be slapped with an unexpected bill that I didn't sign up for. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
