I had the misfortune of receiving a rather brusque call recently. They inquired about my date of birth and complete address. I pointed out that they ought to already possess that information. Then, they proceeded to inform me that my bank was apparently dispatching fraudulent emails and insisted I provide them with a new email address for their records, claiming to be from the fraud prevention squad-utterly ridiculous! I've been receiving a barrage of calls this week, each with a different tale to spin. It's honestly becoming rather irritating, to say the least. The audacity of it all-caller identified as the 'fraud team.’
