I've just received the latest statement for our Nat West card, and there's a puzzling charge of £83.99 linked to this number. It baffles us, as we don’t remember ever engaging in conversation with anyone from Card Protection. So, how on earth did they manage to get hold of our card details? There's no way we would disclose our card information to a stranger over the phone. We've already reached out to the fraud department of our bank, and they are looking into this matter.

Indeed, it is a CPP number, yet I find it puzzling why there’s a charge of 5 pence per minute alongside a 7 pence connection fee when my BT line rental supposedly covers all BT calls at no extra cost. It seems like yet another clever way for both CPP and BT to rake in extra profits. How frustrating!

This company is clearly engaging in dubious practices, particularly charging our Barclaycard for something we explicitly stated we didn’t want! I’ve tried ringing them multiple times, but it’s an absolute nightmare getting through - you’re left on hold for what feels like eternity until you finally lose patience. I typed their number into a search engine and stumbled upon countless reports from others who’ve had similar issues! I am absolutely determined to escalate this further and will make sure to share my experience on all the nuisance call websites I can find. One can only hope this establishment goes out of business due to the sheer number of dissatisfied customers!

Now, to my surprise, I’ve noticed £72.91 has been taken from my Barclaycard account. I've tried ringing the number multiple times but each effort ends up with me being put on hold for what feels like an eternity. It's quite frustrating, to say the least!

Oh, it's Cpp-yes, we're affiliated with them as well. Their product isn't too shabby, but let's be honest, it's only worth considering if your wallet's feeling rather plump. If funds are tight, best to steer clear of their offerings!
