I just got charged £2.49 for an 11 minute call from this number. Turns out it's actually Leeds Grand Theatre. Can't believe they charge that much!

No idea who owned this number, but I want to find out. Just looked at my landline bill and saw I rung this number three times. The charges were 27p, then £1.19, and finally £4.60. Ridiculous!

I noticed a rather puzzling entry on my phone bill - a service charge of £1.43 for a call that I apparently received from this number at 11:53 on the 29th of June back in 2017. The thing is, I’ve never dialled this number, nor do I have the foggiest idea what it’s about. It’s looking very much like a scam to me. To be on the safe side, I’ve now activated Sky Shield on my phone, which sorts out dodgy callers, and so far, I haven’t had a peep from this number again. Quite the mystery!
