6 yearsI found myself having to ring LG on the 3rd and 7th of August regarding a malfunctioning washing machine that needed fixing. Out of the nearly 30 minutes I spent on the line, a significant portion was consumed by being transferred and twiddling my thumbs while waiting for a representative, as well as navigating through the options presented to me. It left me in a right tizzy when I discovered I’d been billed £7.38 for the duration of the calls, on top of the fees for the call-out and repair. Quite frustrating, to say the least!LG9 yearsI encountered a bit of an issue with my LG mobile and ended up having to send it back to LG at no charge. However, the calls racked up a bill of £7.42 at 42 pence per minute. A portion of that time was spent navigating through their automated response system! It’s quite amusing, really-I’ve taken note of the exact durations of the calls: 1, 3, 1, 1, 9, and 2 minutes. It seems they might be rounding things off... but curiously, there’s a slight overlap of 4 seconds and 31 seconds on a few of those brief calls.
