6 yearsI ended up ringing LG on the 3rd and then again on the 7th of August because our washing machine needed fixing. Nearly all of the 29 minutes and 49 seconds I was on the phone were wasted waiting through the automated menus and trying to get to an actual person. What really frustrated me was seeing a £7.38 charge for the call duration added on top of the call-out and repair fees. Such a pain!LG10 yearsMy LG phone had an issue, so I sent it back to LG free of cost. But the calls I made ended up costing me £7.42, charging 42p a minute. Some of that time was just spent on automated messages, which is a bit annoying. What’s odd is the calls were all these exact lengths like 1, 3, 1, 1, 9, and 2 minutes. They must be rounding something somewhere. Plus, on four short calls, there’s some weird overlaps of 11 and 31 seconds. I only own one number and phone, yet somehow I got billed twice.
