A few weeks back, we received a call from Loanfinder, which we politely declined. However, rather annoyingly, they subsequently siphoned off £45.50 from our bank account! We promptly emailed them to clarify that we'd never even applied for anything with them. They got back to us, stating that a refund was on its way, but we'd only be receiving £40 due to some transaction fees. While it's good to have the funds returned, I must say, I'm quite taken aback by their dubious practices. Just be cautious, everyone!
