I got a voicemail marked as "urgent" from this number on my EE landline, which I've only ever shared with my son and sister. When I called back, the bloke on the other end was pretty rude and just kept asking if I had a business, repeating the question at least three times without explaining how they got my number. It irritated me so I asked about his training and whether he'd heard of active listening, then wondered if he was just being plain ignorant. He also said he didn’t have a manager to speak to. Honestly, these people shouldn’t be allowed to make cold calls using fake "urgent" messages like that - it’s really annoying and should be stopped.
