11 yearsI received an "urgent" voicemail on my home EE landline from this number, which I’ve only shared with two people-my sister and my son. Intrigued, I called them back, and what a frustrating experience it turned out to be! The chap who picked up was quite rude and didn’t bother to explain how they obtained my number. Instead, he kept bombarding me with the same question, “Do you have a business?” I must have asked him three times for clarification, yet he just repeated himself. I was quite fed up by this point and inquired about his training, mentioning concepts like active listening, and asked whether it was ignorance on his part or merely him being uncooperative. He even had the audacity to claim that there was no line manager around to escalate my concerns.
