Just got my EE phone bill and it’s massive! Apparently, I called 08448243115 and it racked up more than £30 before VAT! I don’t remember making any such call at all. The phone logs show it was on 19th September at 3.39pm while I was strolling in Winchester with my grandkids. I’ve got no memory of even answering. If it was some annoying call, I’d have hung up straight away. What can I do about this?
