Yesterday, I got a call from this number where some woman with a foreign accent claimed I had enrolled in some stock market investment. I just hung up and blocked her. Then today, I got another call about the same thing, but this time it was from a proper landline belonging to a paint restoration firm. Quite confusing!

Over the span of two days, I got three calls from the exact same number. The first two times, I didn’t pick up. On the third try, I answered and spoke to a guy who said his name was Edward. He was talking about something like international trading, sounded like it had to do with stocks or finance. What really got me was how they already knew my name and number. I’m guessing some company or person here in the UK must be sharing or selling our info without us knowing.

Got a call where someone kept saying “hello, anthony, antony ward?” Definitely sounds suspicious to me. I’d just block the number and be done with it.

I got a call from this number but when I picked up, no one was there. Seems dodgy to me, maybe it’s one of those spoofed numbers or some kind of scam. Wouldn’t trust it.

Received a ring on my mobile from an unfamiliar number, so I opted not to pick up. I've now added the number to my blocked list.

i usually just let it ring if i dont recognise the number, so i didnt pick up this time either. i never really take calls from numbers i dont know.

all weekend long this number kept ringing me but every time i couldn’t reach my phone quickly enough to pick up.

got a call from a premium number and my phone warned me, so i just went ahead and blocked it straight away, dont want any extra charges!
